We are seeking a skilled Business Process Architect to design, optimize, and implement operational workflows across our business units. This role will act as a key strategist and facilitator, aligning processes with organizational goals while leveraging industry’s best practices.
The Business Process Architect plays a crucial role in designing business processes to align with our organization’s strategic goals. The incumbent will be a member of the Centralized Planning Office team, led by the CEO.
The Business Process Architect will focus on the following key areas:
- Creation of value streams aligned with corporate strategy.
- Quality: Flawless delivery of products and services.
- Cycle time: Speedy response to customers’ queries and requests.
- Cost efficiency.
- Optimal automation and deployment of AI.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and document optimized process architectures that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain compliance. Aligning business processes with the strategic goals of the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and engineering, to implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and KPIs.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to support automation and process innovation.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented processes, using data-driven insights to recommend adjustments.
- Train and mentor team members on new processes and ensure adoption across departments.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
The following skills, knowledge, experience, attitudes & attributes are required to perform this role.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in process architecture, business process management, or a similar role within an industrial B2B environment.
- Proven expertise in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN, Lucidchart).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is a plus.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES
The following performance measures (i.e., KPIs) will be used to measure successful performance against established benchmarks.
- Develop and roll out at least three optimized workflows in the first 6 months.
- Achieve a 15% reduction in process inefficiencies within the first year.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
