About the Role

As an Automated Quality Analyst, you'll ensure excellence in our market-leading underwriting solution, maintaining Magnum's stellar reputation across our global client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure proper system functionality
• Identify and track issues through to successful resolution
• Participate in UAT cycles for software releases
• Manage regression test packs aligned with new features
• Support test automation initiatives within projects

Magnum is an automated underwriting solution built by Swiss Re that helps 70+ insurers to automate the risk assessment in their Life and Health insurance business. As a market leading software for automated underwriting worldwide, Magnum is catering to a steadily growing base of installed clients with dedicated teams from US to Europe and Asia. Our ambition is to best serve our clients and achieve balanced growth of Magnum products. This is an exciting time for our team as we're experiencing significant new client activity and preparing to deliver the next generation version of the product.

About You

You're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance and a knack for identifying potential issues before they impact users. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to a product that's making a real difference in the insurance industry.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software testing and defect lifecycle management
• Experience with test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, AML)
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Web technologies, API testing, and SQL databases
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills

These are additional nice to haves:

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or C#

• Automation development experience (UiPath Studio preferred; BDD, Selenium, Postman, Visual Studio)
• Exposure to Agile Methodology
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,400 and EUR 2,300 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers: - the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, - the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience. In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognize your achievements.
