Requirements Specialist & Business Analyst (f/m/d)

(Hybrid in Köln oder remote in Deutschland | Vollzeit | Unbefristeter Vertrag)

Deine Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen in unseren B2C- und B2B-Bereichen - insbesondere rund um Trustmark, Bewertungen, Käuferschutz und Conversational AI

• Als Schnittstelle zwischen Business, Product Ownern, Entwickler:innen, Tech-und AI-Team erarbeitest Du intelligente, skalierbare Lösungen - von smarter Automatisierung bis hin zu Agentic Commerce

• Identifikation und Bewertung von Automatisierungspotenzialen in operativen Prozessen

• Übersetzung von Business-Bedürfnissen in klare User Stories, Epics und Akzeptanzkriterien

• Mitgestaltung von Conversational Flows in KI-basierten Features

• Definition des Zusammenspiels von KI und Support-Agents nach Agentic-AI-Prinzipien

• Analyse und Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen auf Basis von Feedback, Daten und Tests

Your profile

Dein Profil

• Erfahrung in Requirements Engineering, Business Analyse und Prozessdesign (z. B. BPMN), idealerweise im E-Commerce- oder Plattformumfeld

• Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit sowie Erfahrung mit Jira und Confluence, (idealerweise auch Zendesk und Salesforce)

• Erfahrung in der Identifikation und Umsetzung von Automatisierungslösungen

• Professionelle Kenntnis im Umgang mit Chatbots, Self-Service-Tools oder Conversational Design von Vorteil

• Vertraut mit KI-Technologien im Kundenkontakt (z. B. GenAI, LLM, Voice Bots); NLP und RPA sind ein Plus

• Proaktive, lösungsorientierte, autarke und kommunikative Hands-On-Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent, gepaart mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und einem "AI-first-Mindset"

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

What we work with

Tech Stack Operations

HubSpot: We use HubSpot as the main marketing touchpoint and CRM solution with a focus on (but not exclusively) new business: hosting of website, blog and landing pages as well as newsletters and marketing automation campaigns. As a result, it is synchronised with our CRM system Salesforce and other connected tools to deliver data, mainly on inbound leads.

Outreach: In order to make our outbound sales process as automated and therefore as efficient as possible, we have integrated Outreach as a state-of-the-art sales engagement CTI solution that is very closely interlinked with our core CRM system.

Salesforce: Salesforce, as a highly scalable and customisable SaaS solution, is used as our central CRM application. It is tightly integrated with some third-party solutions as well as numerous internal applications.

Zuora: We use Zuora, one of the industry's leading subscription management platforms, to have a single point of truth for all contract, billing and payment-related processes.
